Thank you for shopping with Nesta Pets! We are dedicated to delivering premium comfort and wellness solutions straight to your doorstep. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

📌 Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide to ensure every pet parent can access our premium wellness solutions. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Insured Shipping: 7 to 15 business days (FREE on all orders over $50).

  • Express Shipping: 5 to 10 business days (Available at checkout for select regions).

Please note that delivery times are estimates. While most orders arrive on the lower end of the estimate, factors beyond our control (such as customs delays or local postal disruptions) may occasionally extend delivery windows.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website on our "Track Your Order" page.

4. Multiple Packages

To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders containing multiple different products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. Do not panic if one item arrives before another—the rest of your order is safely on its way!

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nesta Pets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 7. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at gwproduction06gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund right a
